After being homeschooled until age 9 and then starting college courses, Edison doesn't have any experience with kids his own age. His parents believe he has a rare gift and they don't want him to be distracted by the menial problems of teenagers; instead, they want him to focus on his research project, which could be the next big breakthrough in physics. Edison loves physics more than anything, but loneliness and curiosity about life outside his world cause him to rebel. He goes on strike, refusing to continue his studies until his parents agree to let him go to high school for one year. Edison isn't worried about high school being hard--after all, he's been invited to join Mensa International--an exclusive club for the top 2% of the world's smartest people. But he finds out quickly that it takes more than a high IQ to traverse the social events and activities at Southton High School. During an unfortunate encounter with the school's most popular athlete, Edison meets Christina Blakely, who saves him from getting pummeled on his first day of school. She is the exact opposite of him in every way. Christina is a soccer phenom who doesn't have time to be friends with lowly freshmen. She's got problems of her own, including a low GPA, which could prevent her from getting a college scholarship. Can Christina achieve the impossible-the highest GPA she's ever had--and earn her scholarship? And can Edison prove to his parents and everyone else-including Ashley Murray, the most beautiful girl he's ever seen-that he can do more than solve difficult math problems? Can he really change the world with his research project, win Ashley's heart and survive high school?

32 parts Complete
Aren't one sided crushes fun? NOT! 18 year old Melody Jenkins has spent the last 3 years of high school crushing on one guy, Jake Kensington, who sees her as no more than a sister from another mister and best friend. Not wanting to risk their friendship, Melody has kept her crush a secret and her emotions in check whenever she's around him... which is daily since they live on the same property. It's her senior year and she has made it through the past three years of high school with little social psychological trauma. That's excellent considering she goes to a school in Los Angeles where the majority of the bored students graduating will have executive paying jobs the moment they walk across stage. If all goes well, she will graduate as the valedictorian with multiple offers from colleges on the East Coast, far away from California. But when the health teacher announces a "special" project that requires students to be paired and live under the same roof for one week, Melody's world gets completely turned upside down. She is forced to spend time with someone totally opposite of her and frankly, she can't stand... or so she thought. One night of catching a glimpse of the softer side of Kyle Warner, the school's most popular and arrogant quarterback, has her heart pounding and her stomach doing flip-flops. But when Melody shows an ounce of affection toward Kyle, Jake discovers feelings of his own as he tries to protect his best friend from the guy he knows Kyle can be. As the project comes to an end, Melody goes to homecoming... will it be a night to remember, forget or both? Be advised, this contemporary Teen / Young Adult Romance story has some strong language and strong sexual connotation.

Vivian Summers is destined to graduate summa cum laude this spring, the highest academic honor. The accomplishment is just within reach when Chemistry 101 grasps her by the foot and pulls her away. Stuck taking a forgotten lower-level science class, managing an internship to get a full-time job offer, and working a part-time job at the country club, Vivian had a lot to handle this semester. Daniel Larson is here to help. He is in his second year of medical school, hails from an old money family, oh, and he's the disgustingly handsome teacher assistant in Vivian's chemistry class. A couple of failing quiz grades forces Vivian to accept Daniel's insistent offer to tutor her, forcing them to share a small office, one night a week, together. Vivian quickly learns more about chemistry, and not just the boring science kind. The kind of chemistry she never imagined herself having, craving, needing-something that only romance novels can describe. *** Warnings: sexual content, alcohol, feelings of loneliness *** UPDATES WEEKLY
