He lives in the future while she lives in the past.

 She will die and he will live.

Can he somehow help her feel special in a way that she never have.

With his knowledge about her from the book that he has read in his timeline, will he be able to make her the happiest person on the earth.

 Her life is short and that is why he asked god for him to help her even if his help is not that much important or effective.

While he is also struggling with his life that will end in a matter of time, he is helping her to face the world with much more light shining on her.
