It's the year 2035.

Blaine Marx, commander of the U.S. Coast Guard, is very good at his job. With a soldier's mentality and the ability to follow through with every order it's no secret as to how he does it with such ease.

His job?

Protecting New York's border with his men.

From what?

Why, immigrants of course. Disgusting illegal refugees trying to live in the U.S., coming across the ocean to get there. Not on his watch.

What happens when he encounters a young immigrant girl and doesn't execute her upon discovery?
