Sorry Guys... I'm too lazy to come up with a story description but... to make it simple... this "Book" is based on the upcoming Pixar movie Cars 3 which is set to be released in June 16, 2017... by the way... this is no fanfic... I would be doing some review on Cars 3 related stuff, speculations AND theories that I thought would be cool and that MIGHT ( yes you heard it...
