I Am the Alpha

"You can't pass here."

I narrowed my eyes at the human in front of me, lifting my lips up into a humorless sneer.

"Says who? Last I checked, this was unclaimed territory."

His jade green eyes zoomed in on my silver ones, watching me. He crossed his muscular arms across his toned chest. I kept my eyes on his, never faltering.

"I am the Alpha of the BlackWoods pack," he paused. "And I claimed this territory a while back."

I warily scanned him over - young, muscular, fit, attractive, and an Alpha. Definitely what I was trying to avoid. I sighed, running a hand through my black hair before bursting out, "Well, fuck my life. Isn't this just fucking dandy?"
