Decades past since the Aurora crashed onto 4546B. The planet, renamed, to Earth, by the people living on it. The year 2025, government official and scientists are trying to contain a new disease that is spreading throughout the lakes and oceans, infecting fish, livestock, and humans. Currently residing in Russia only 2 people were sent on the mission to a lake, Lake Baikal, to gather biological specimens for research on a new cure for a new disease spreading around the world. They find out about the true past of the planet and dive deeper into the oceans then any other human would dream, through caverns, and big, deadly creatures that live beneath, to find the cure before it is too late.

After Sector Zero's research stations and other things failed, Alterra has sent around forty or so scientists to the Aurora's Crater, where the Aurora crashed around seven years ago. The goal of the researchers is to find out more about the planet's history, and research the fauna and flora that inhabit the Aurora's Crater. But when they think everything is going to go right and nothing will go wrong, everything flips. With a sudden change, there's already an accident, a revenge-seeking rogue, murderous scientist, and a manager on the brink of insanity because of his status of being the only survivor of the Aurora's crash. There's nothing hopeful that it will go right this time around. (Subnautica is owned by Unkown Worlds, I don't own the series) Cover was drawn by me, BlackenedIceworm (or Iceworm\Icewarm)
