A story of a young introverted girl, Lyd Barret, explains about how she started off from being a normal girl to her being the most wanted person in the entire country, or possibly the world.

Lyd becomes a Vex. Which means she will have her supernatural ability. She meets Athena, her guardian, also known as a Zerac. Athena will do anything to help Lyd find whatever she is capable of.

Lyd thought that it'd be normal, living as a Vex, but she was wrong. Queen Lox is gonna find her, and she wants Lyd's blood transfered to hers.
