What happens when a super-villain, and his gang, find themselves the unwilling saviors of a little boy who thinks, because of a terrible accident, he's a 'superhero'?  Raven and his gang  do their best to maintain their super-villain status, whilst also finding themselves constantly trying to keep a snot nosed little kid out of trouble as he believes he's a 'superhero'.
