Alas, Tommy himself does not have any superpowers that might warrant him a place among the city's greats. Tommy's hopes are almost up, until a single decision causes him to find himself under the wing of his idol, Dreamwisher, and an easy spot among the greatest team of protectors that the Earth has ever seen. But, Tommy's world is quickly twisted upside down. Deaths and betrayals cross paths with Tommy and Dreamwisher at every corner's turn.
