During another video call with that same friend, Orm saw Ling again, this time a bit tipsy, celebrating the holidays. The memory of her first encounter with Ling came rushing back, and coincidentally, it was the day of Orm's flight back home. After arriving in Cebu, Orm spent time with family before heading to her friend's house. To her surprise, Ling was there, one of her friend's cousin's close friends. Meeting Ling in person left Orm in awe-she was even more stunning than on video. Feeling nervous, Orm decided to have a drink to build up the courage to ask for Ling's social media handle. She succeeded and even asked for a selfie as a keepsake.
