How little did Amber expected from Westworth Hall, the boarding school she will henceforth have to attend to. Away from everything she ever knew, left alone in an eerie island. She knew she deserved it but as fate would have it she was about to discover something she would never have considered to find out. What is that school hiding? Why was she send here? And most of all, who was she suppose to be in that crazy, fantastic, dark and at times magical world she ended in? * * * Disclaimer: I do not own the pictures that I use for the head of each chapter. The story and characters are from my own imagination, you may spot references to already existing works. To make this story I was inspired by many tales, having numerous origins. I hope you will enjoy it, I just wanted to share a piece of that kooky world in my head.

"Marek, don't do this. Keep your captainship. I'll tell the truth about what happened and we'll both be out of the deal." "But-" "I don't know what your doing, if you think this is going to win you attention or sympathy. Or maybe you are being a noble prat and doing as 'you should'. Plus, I don't mean anything to you. Never have, never will. So please, please, stop acting like I'm special. " "But you are." And then his voice cracked, and I cracked with it. ------------------------ She's sick of his arrogant ways, and the bragging. With her goal being to slap some sense into him, she makes a deal; they act like a couple in every sense of the word and the first one to fall in love? Loses. It's only when she realises he may not be such a terrible man after all that she doubts her ability to win. But what if the one thing she put on the line is the one thing she would die trying to protect? Will she allow a relationship to blossom under pressure from her past? **Disclaimer** The drawing in the cover isn't mine (but it was so pretty I used it anyway). If you know who it belongs to, tell me and I can give them the rightful credit. **Implication of sex and some minor bad language. Do not read unless mature enough.**
