Will they be able to do it? Can they ignore the overwhelming thought of always being on the run? Or will they all be drowned by their secrets?

I walked away, leaving him in complete confusion. At least I thought I did, before I could board the ship I felt his hands move securely to my waist.

"It's not the fact that you're different Dylan, it's that you're fine with leaving me. You could die." He whispered

"But it's what I have to do."

"Then it's what I'm going to go through with you." He said before smashing his lips onto mine. I felt like a new woman. His hands tightened at my waist causing me to gasp, giving him a chance to let him search my mouth. I moan in pleasure before pulling away, causing him to groan.

He knows who I am. He knows how I look like. He knows where I work so possible knows where I live. I am not safe anymore... no where. While I was in my own world I heard faint sounds behind me but I didn't bother to look or run away. The footsteps got closer and I was pretty sure it was Walker's men. I should run. I should try to fight. But what's the point in trying to run away? He would eventually find me and if he has his way he would most likely kill me. If this is my fate then why am I trying to fight it? I felt someone harshly grab my waist and pull me up and I complied. They dragged me down the alley and into the busy street. I heard the opening of a car and the next thing I knew I was being thrown into a car. My head hit the hard leather seat and the door shut behind me. Maybe this is how my life will end. I reached for his body involuntarily as he pitched forward, nearly causing him to take me down with him. My left hand was soaking wet from where it had landed on his shoulder.
