Sydney-Marie Evans' life has a few constant factors. Her brother, Axl, is always by her side, her small group of friends appreciate and care for her, her fans are supportive and welcoming, her boyfriend loves her.
And though her home life is not the best- a workaholic father plus an emotionally distant mother usually equals a pretty torn apart family- it's become a routine.
Seeing her dad a couple times every few months and avoiding her mother's fake smiles, preferring to live with her brother instead of staying with her parents. Tension filled dining rooms and awkward silences when her brother isn't there. Those are constant things in her life, a routine, even if it's a bad one.
So, when a sudden divorce shakes the ground from right under her feet, can she stay standing? Can her boyfriend, sibling, and friends be enough to keep her grounded?

Story starts right after the incident at Hershel's barn but does not follow the story line of the show after that. The main character is a young woman named Nora who at first has developed feelings for Glenn after he was the one who helped get her out of the city. When she realizes she's held on to her feelings too long, she quickly starts to feel lost. Nora is somewhat of a trouble magnet but most of all she just wants to find her place in this new world. Along the way, she finds comfort in an unlikely person. (I do not own the original art for the cover) {I started this story back in December 2011 on Tumblr and although it didn't get the fan following that I had always hoped for, it did well in it's own way. It had loyal followers and I got comments on how much readers loved it. I thought I would try posting it on Wattpad to see what becomes of it. The story is completed on Tumblr and as I bring it over here, I'm also doing small rewrites to the story. There are scenes that I needed to cut out and change up just because my view of things has changed as well and I wanted this story to reflect that. She'd never call herself that, but with her debut album being produced, a Disney movie out, and a main role on The Walking Dead at only fifteen, she's relatively known. With a seemingly happy family life, growing career, and a close group of friends, you'd think she'd be the happiest, most fulfilled person in the whole world. Except, when she's with her family in LA, she doesn't get to see her friends, and when she's filming in Atlanta, she doesn't get to see her family. Hopping from place to place isn't the best thing for her, especially when you add possible feelings for her best friend and co-star to the mix. Having denied anything other than friendship for years only to fall into this grey area of feelings and having to do a long distance, secret sort-of-relationship isn't exactly her cup of tea, but if there's something these two can do is probably make it work.
