After witnessing the tragic death of his family at the hands of a corrupt government, Dan Silvian's life was spared by a special assassin named Sylvia. Sylvia then took Dan as her own, and trained him in the way of the assassins. Dan, after he joined A.V.A, became known as Deadly Silence.
When offered several billion dollars to fight people in a arena in a small island named Yamati, Dan ventured after the money. But then he met one of the contestants on the plane to Yamati. She was beautiful, small, and just perfect. But there was something different about her. And also Sylvia was acting a little different then usual when he was around her. Is it just protectiveness that caused her to act like that? No, there was a bigger picture than that.

On one such planet known as Earth, a race called humanity has lived here for as long as they can remember. At first, it seemed that it was an ordinary game but when they found out the powers that these cards and spheres had, things would be drastically different for all those who play it. With this occurred, the ancient enemy that was sealed away in the Doom Dimension has now escaped and is out for revenge.
