It's a zombie apocalypse. The 3 siblings and a few other people they picked up have to try to survive in the wasteland with famine, lack of medicine, and of course, zombies. Why did this happen? Who caused this apocalypse to happen? Pretty soon they learn that the zombies aren't even much of a problem anymore, it is the consequences of the zombies. Lack of food, supplies and poor mental health kill more than bit marks.

Welcome to hell. Remember that one expression your friends used to exclude someone? "Avoid him like a plague." They said and you all just laughed along, stupidly. Now, as the years roll on and hits 2020, how are you supposed to shun the invasion if you're in the middle? It doesn't matter who you were, who you are. You aren't looked upon for your grades nor skills to play basketball, you're respected for your ability to survive and keep those around you alive.
