This is the story of my journey from stage four cancer (breast and colon tumor) to good health. A colorectal tumor was removed surgically twenty years ago (1997), and I was told to have six weeks of chemotherapy, with radiation in the middle of the course of treatment. I declined, went home, and proceeded to heal myself through meditation, diet changes, talking to my body and jumping on a mini trampoline.
