Billie Shelton is a 17-to-be-18-year-old girl at Westerburg High School in Sherwood, Ohio. Her friends praise the Heathers, or as she likes to call them, the bitch clique.       Of course, some things change. She finds herself tangled in with a new guy, a kid named Jason Dean. He's everything she thought she would never fall for; a hoodlum from Hell, real twisted, but real smart. When she falls for his madness, she changes.
