Survival Instinct

The year is 2052 and the world has fallen into a horrific disease-ridden state. The dead roam the streets, longing to nourish themselves on the pulsating brain of a Breather.

Lexa Faolan is a teenage girl of 15, forced to grow up too quickly in a world where the weak are left for the dead. She regards herself, her older sister Setsuko and their small group of Scavengers as the only real humans left within the safety of the city as the others who still have a beating heart have become more like wild beasts in their thirst for the rotting blood of a zombie.

After the zombies infiltrate the supposed safe-house that is the city, Lexa, Setsuko, the Izumi family, consisting of Akario, Yuzuki, Ekon and Sora, and their faithful companion Lily, set out on a mission to find a cure to this seemingly never-ending nightmare. Armed with only a couple of guns and a small amount of knives and daggers to protect themselves, they'll have to have their wits about them in order to survive until they reach their destination: The island of Isaya. But the dead aren't the only thing that they'll have to be wary of... There is a much darker and deadlier foe hiding in the shadows.

Will their Survival Instinct be enough to keep them alive?
