But, Kyogre and Groundon keep fighting, and Raquaza got angry and eventually joined. 

Zapdos, Moltres, and Articuno are battling each other, using more than moves, they're using Talons and beaks. 

Mewtwo and Mew starting battling. 

Many other legendaries have been battling, but what about common Pokèmon? 

Well, they formed clans. The Fire Clan, Water Clan, Dark Clan, etc.
