Dr. Harleen Quinzel is a blue eyed, blonde haired psychiatrist who, all her life, has only wanted to help people. Returning to Gotham City after 12 years of studying in Metropolis, she has a new job at the infamous Arkham Asylum. The last thing she expected was to fall in love with her patient and she definitely wasn't planning to be the queen of Gotham, running crime, at his side. Nor did she expect to lose her mind in the process.
