In a dystopian world where the supposed "Big Bang" happened, the world ended and restarted. Now in a destroyed world filled with threats known as the "Remnants", mutated species of humans from the old world, the new humans that face this threat fight and kill these creatures to survive. However, not all humans mutated, and these "Remnants" find their way to forget the past and live this fake life as a so called... "Human".

Yami and Yumi Yamamoto are twins which now live in this world. They find themselves working with the Remnant Slayer Squad, or the R.S.S, to help fend off these terrible monsters. Along the journey to evolve and improve themselves, they meet new friends, find their talents and worst of all, their... Past?
