Chance Robertson, a teenage boy living in a futuristic, war torn society, enters into a high ranking, elite government force called the Republic Intelligence Agency, where he serves as a operative alongside his secret high school crush Savannah Bolt, their duties range from planning, organizing, and carrying out high profile military ops to infiltrating and/or taking down terrorist cells and opposing nations. The World Wide War was a war between all nations fighting against each other over suspicion and paranoia of all other nations teaming up against them. Although no one, "wins", out of the remainder of these nations, the Republic is better off. After the W.W.W., the Republic thinks it is best if they use schools as training facilities to train all children for war in case war ever breaks out again.
