It's about this girl name Bree her parents died in a trouble car accident she had to go in a foster care place because no relatives wanted to take care of a 5 year old little girl that just lost her parents.As soon as she will become 16 years old she had the right to leave the foster care but she had to get some government papers sighed by a living relative.
