Rewrite of Leaving For the Better - A Naruto Neglect Fic
Time doesn't always mend wounds Naruto and Heiwa live their lives. With less of their friends this time, they don't know if they'll make it. History has to correct itself, though doing so brings tragedy upon our heroes. Miracles do happen but only in movies.
Notes: A few OCs, redeemed Sakura, Naruto has siblings, might get depressing, Kushina and Minato live, Mito and Naruko are Naruto's sisters

Minato neglected Naruto after Kushina died from childbirth which swept her away and put a lot of pressure on him. Kakashi started ignoring his little brother after his mother died as it hurt him more as he looks a lot like their deceased mother. Disoriented and confused, he does exactly what any father would do in this situation. He fights through the pain, gets up, and goes to find his son. He trudges through the pounding in his head and forces himself to move-- to go and find him, because that masked man was still out there, and Minato is willing to do anything to protect his little ball of sunshine.
