Senior Chief 118 has just saved their planet Atrius, barely escaping from death via Nuclear bomb that Petty officer Kyle detonated. They nearly lost 118, and Kyle was presumed KIA.

However, in that wasteland of wreckage, a heart was still beating. Kyle finds himself in a strange base, with strange people, and no recollection of the last 3 years. Badly hurt, and enduring a terrible side effect, he must take their word and hope for the best.

Now he is an ultimate super-soldier who is helping to fight for their cause. However, as he progresses with his new comrades, he begins to have flashbacks of before the accident. Why is he here, where is he, and who are they. Now he must struggle to piece together his past with the help of a female soldier named Freya and the Scavenger Michael. All while struggling to adjust to his new self. What will he do in the face of so much uncertainty and a secret new covenant attack on the horizon? It's all one big mystery that can't stay secret, but he may not like what he finds when he discovers the truth.

-This is the second book to Spartan 118, but can be read without reading Spartan 118. You also do not need to know anything about Halo to read.

PROJECT HALO is a YA sci-fi thriller taking place in near-future Norway. It has speculative elements and will appeal to fans of dystopian works such as DIVERGENT, THE MAZE RUNNER, LEGEND, and BLACK MIRROR. All seventeen-year-old Charlie Walker wants is to be free of his father's stupid expectations. Stay in school? No thanks. Get a job? Nope. Stop cursing? Hell no. But if he knew his petty rebellion would result in his own kidnapping, he might've reconsidered. When Charlie wakes up at Norway's largest intelligence agency, the NIC, with a biochip in his brain, he faces problems bigger than his father's disapproval. Charlie is their first successful experiment, and when activated, the chip will give the agency unbarred access to his vital signs and location. So much for freedom. But before his biochip can be activated, a rogue doctor offers Charlie a chance to escape. In return, he has to find and keep a flash drive hidden from the NIC. At first, agreeing to the deal seems obvious. But when NIC sends agents to hunt Charlie down, he realizes the flash drive might be more important than he thought. He's faced with an ultimatum: hand over the flash drive, or a lethal virus will be released onto the population. If he obliges, his chip will be activated and he'll lose his freedom forever. If he doesn't, people will die-including his ex-friend-who-he-totally-still-hates. Including the charming hacker he has a crush on. Including his demanding father. Including himself. In a race against time and his own selfish thoughts, Charlie must decide who to trust with his deadly secret-and exactly how far he's willing to go in the name of freedom. - - - Trigger warnings: Death and dying, blood, swearing, syringes/needles, hospitals, alcoholism, anger issues, nightmares, kidnapping, being drugged against one's will, suicide mention, terrorism/terror attacks, guns/weapons.

I am going to be making an entirely new book based on this same plot and similar characters... But I will not be a literal child when writing it. Hopefully it's much better lol. _________________________________ Book 1 of the Marks series! _________________________________ What if you fainted, and the place you left, the place you remember, is long gone? Instead you're stuck fighting for your life with the help of your classmates, who all remember everything. But you don't. Ava's twin is hiding something from her, and her best friend isn't the same person she remembers. Her school has been turned into some sort of military base and everyone is in uniform. She hasn't seen any adults, and half of her friends aren't around. What's going on? _____________________________ "I just want to know why. That's it. Why did all these people have to die? Why is it that people had to lose almost everyone they loved in one day? Why? It just doesn't- It isn't-" Dawson sank to his knees and put his head in his hands, his shoulders shaking violently. A sob left his lips, the agonizing sound pulling at my heartstrings. "Why is it that people change? That I'll never get to see..." His voice dragged away into the silent air. Everyone was long gone, having left after the ceremony. Dawson stayed where he was, silent tears running over his fingers and to the ground as his body shook with the force of his cries. ________ This book is based off of my friend Ava's dream.

When the Aliens, the Covenant, invaded, it seemed as if Mankind had no hope. Then the Spartans came to the rescue. These genetically modified super soldiers, originally meant to quell insurrectionist activity, now held the fate of their race in their hands. Many died for the cause, and many victories were won because of their intervention. Through all the dirt and blood, one rose above them all, Master Chief, or John 117. This ultimate Spartan II, paired with the special AI, or artificial intelligence, Cortana, led humanity to victory time and time again, escaping death more times than thought possible. However, after defeating the zombie-like Flood that threatened humanity and aliens alike, he disappeared without a trace. With hope at an all time low, and alien threats still on the horizon, something had to be done. This is the purpose of Steele, Spartan 118. Despite the process being banned after Spartan IIs, humanity is desperate, and so he's kidnapped, trained, and augmented the same as the original Spartan IIs by Dr. Catherine Halsey. The pressure is now on to replicate the Master Chief through him, and the road of Hero will not be easy. Secrets are kept from him, trust is broken, and hidden enemies threaten his life and those around him. However, Steele was chosen for a reason, and those who threaten the innocent better watch out. A New Hero Has Risen. _____________________________________ Takes place during the years of the popular video games Halo 3, Halo 4, and beyond.
