*The Sequel to Strike It Right* I'm not afraid, I was born to do this. The transfer of Louis Tomlinson from Doncaster to Manchester United was one of the talking points of the summer 2013 transfer window. The singer/footballer, idolized by thousands upon thousands of fans world wide, broke hearts when he announced that he would be departing the Doncaster team, but more so when he swapped the team for Old Trafford. Before leaving however, Louis was forced to break things off with his girlfriend Navishaa Marie, who refused to switch Doncaster for Manchester. Almost one year later, after his first season with the Red Devils, the former Doncaster man returns home to catch up with those who will still talk to him, only to run into the ex he left behind and the son she never told him about. Can Louis convince her to allow him to be part of his little boy’s life or will the little boy grow up without it’s father?

"We can't keep doing this," I chuckle, my words muffled slightly against his lips. It's a laugh of disbelief, mostly at myself, because here I am again. He pulls back, his hand sliding into my hair as if that's going to magically solve anything. "Why not?" he asks, his voice low and entirely too charming for my liking. I give him a soft smile, the kind you give someone when you're about to drop a truth bomb but don't want to sound mean. "Do you really want to know?"
