"W-Why is this happening to me?!" I said as tears rolled down my face. I opened the restroom cabinet and grabbed a razor blade,
"The pain will go away. I am done with this bullshit happening to me" I placed the razor blade near my arm.
"Y/N!" Tom said, he bust open the door and grabbed my hands, causing me to let go of the razor blade,
"LET GO, TOM" I said as I struggled to get free, more tears rolled down my cheeks.. He hugged me.. He.. Hugged me?
"Don't.. Don't say or think that kind of stuff... We love you, Y/N! I love you. We need you here. Please, listen to me.." Tom said, I froze. I didn't know what to do, out of all the people- why me?

In this book you are a Junior in high school and you have friends, surprisingly, and one of the is Matt. Later on, you meet Tord, Edd and Tom! One day your other two close friends betray you for other more 'popular' and well.. according to your two close friends.. 'better' girls, from there you went to depression. Later in the story your dad was sent to the hospital due to an accident in his job and he might lose his life, which makes your situation worse. You also started cutting saying that its your fault because all of this happened, Matt was always there for you.. But Tom was something else..

After 'The End', Edd, Matt, and Tom moved into apartments. After a while, Edd and Matt got closer and shared an apartment to save more money. They won three lotteries, which gave them enough money (with extra) to buy a new house or to rebuild the old one. This all happened in five months, people who knew what happened to them would consider them very lucky. Though they thought that Tord died during the incident, they would think of him from time to time and they would be sad. Especially Tom, whenever he thought about the communist he would try his best to get him off his mind. Though, no matter what he did, he never succeeded. He felt horrible for killing him. The male walked me a bit away from the decently sized, yet small, yellow house and it's iconic red roof. He looked a little nerve wrecked and definitely didn't want to be near the others at the moment. This caught my attention since he'd been acting fine with the boys yesterday and before that (except with Tom that is). The man pulled a hand through his horned, brunette hair, as if to gather his thoughts. Then he stared my in the eyes with both of our gazed locked tightly. His lips parted and finally the words slipped from his mouth, "Will...Will you join me in the Red Army..?" There was clear hesitation in his voice. My breath hitched a moment when everything suddenly turned upside down. He's my best friend, and for as long as I knew him he hardly did anything to hurt me. Then again, what about the others? Tom would no doubt disown me even though he posed as a brother figure to me. Edd's and Matt's reactions would definitely reflect Tom's.
