A 7th grader is drafted for military service. The fallout of this occurrence creates a tidal wave of consequences nobody was prepared for.
This is no-holds-barred storytelling. Any help or guidance the characters receive serves a single purpose, to delay the bitter, finite, mortifying end, and with every second they live, the longer they suffer.
In this world, hope is dead, life is an illusion, and fulfillment is a nonsensical concept.
There are no happy endings.

Ardamin Tales: Number 3 - Viridian.
A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. Ardamin: Clone #7. These short stories are more horror focused than the main book. But how can you tell the story of a zombie apocalypse without some horror? This story is unedited and first draft as keeping with my first two short stories posted to Instagram and therefore will not be polished or fixed with multiple drafts leading to an end product. This story was meant to be raw or just as it poured from my head. Spelling and punctuation errors are only to be expected, if the cause you some offence well... that's just the way this story was made.
