What happens when an alcoholic teen who can't seem to ever discover the true meaning of love is shown this exact emotion by the person he hurts the most?

Josh is a negligent, alcoholic, abusive, and over-all terrible brother. He is truly a fine specimen in the looks category, though his personality is in shambles. He doesn't know how to love and trusts no one with his heart, not even his own mother. He takes his misery out on his younger twin, Seth, the most.

Seth is skittish, jumpy, shy, easily-damaged, sweet, emotional, and the basic example of loyalty. Though he might not be considered the sexiest male around, his personality is one that shines brightly. He has a gift for seeing how people really feel by simply getting a glance of them, something that he often does with his brother. Even though he is abused terribly by his twin and is basically invisible to everyone else, he remains kind and loving.
