There are 12 kingdoms. Each divided into 4 sections of the land. They all have a corresponding element and work together in complete unison. Magic is rich in the world, however, not many people use due to the toll it can take on themselves. But, magic can be dangerous, especially when it's in the wrong hands.
In the kingdom of Genairo, there is a girl called Valerie Nadine Esthalia. She lives in the castle along with her mother and they live a safe and happy life. However, there's always more than meets the eye, and little does she know of the dangers beyond the castle walls.
It is only if each of the twelve kingdoms can work together and combine their strengths and weaknesses, that good will prevail. The kingdoms must call upon two guardians from each nation. The universe will play at fate and link lovers to their destinies, in the strangest ways possible.

While there, Adellia meets a young blacksmith by the name of Faron and gets sucked into a plot that goes against her, and her mother's wishes. Will she be able to venture into the unknown, and survive out of the watchful eye of the palace? This book has sexual reference and mentions of things that could possibly be triggering to some - e.g. young motherhood and loss of a parent. This work is usually split into two parts, but I have decided to take down the second part, and consider the first part, one book for now, so I can work on the second. Until one day when her husband used her sister and uncle as scapegoats. Seeing her beloved uncle being killed and her sister being next. She ran over and blocked the blow for her sister. Seeing this Zan Cui picked her up and ran away with her into the forest behind the royal palace. But they were never able to escape, so Zan Cui, picked up a treasure that she found. That would grant 1 wish for a price, she used it hoping that it would send them back before everything started.
