Silas Moon had lived a privileged, wealthy, life with his parents Chrysanthemum and Patrick, along with trusted friend Florence Hutchinson. Rarely does he face any hardships; in fact, he snickers at the expressions of those who do. One day, his mother winds up missing without any message, and the very next morning, a wrinkled man with a striking resemblance to Silas' father is found in the main foyer of his home, dead. Silas is terrified for his life.
    
    Knowing in his heart that he had to find his mother no matter what it took, he took an impossible mission and began making a plan out of it. Two people just weren't enough for total survival, but luckily four others were drawn in as well; by either adventure, a thirst for leadership, a chance to prove themselves, and the other by just a hope for friendship. He also had his trustworthy white fox, Angel, to keep him company. Thus they set out with one goal in mind : to find his mother. 
    
    In the world of the Vulpes, everybody is connected to the foxes by different beliefs, no matter what foxes they are. Spirits run free, lords connect with humans, and curses are bore by many families. In a world like this, will he ever find his mother? Will that even be their goal in the end?
