When Alek Monroe first arrived at the psych hospital his parents had him admitted to, the pretty psychologist caught his eye. Dr. Allyson Tines doesn't know she is the focus of Alek's latest plan. So she is caught unawares when he slips sedatives into her drink one day during their weekly session. Without a trace, Alek disappears with Allyson in tow. No one knows where they are. To keep her from running away and to keep himself from being locked up again, Alek takes Ally to his hideout in Colorado, buried deep in the mountains without anyone else around. Except Riley, his little brother that he saved from the psych ward of the state hospital. When Riley and Ally meet, the sparks begin flying and Alek starts to become jealous and possessive, something he has never been with Riley before. Can Riley and Ally escape? Or will Alek's psychotic episodes kill them both?
