Haley McCartney just moved to Santa Carla, California and she starts to notice that this town is a little strange. One day she goes into a comic book store and meets two very strange people, Edger and Alan Frog. They try to convince her that Santa Carla is full of vampires. After leaving the comic book store she meets a guy named David. When Edger and Alan find out they try to explain he is a vampire, but she still won't listen. But when David tries to turn Haley into a vampire she turns to the Frog Brothers for help. They train her to hunt vampires and Haley ends up falling in love with one of the brothers.
