Freddy Fazbears, a magical place for kids and grown-ups alike, where fantasy and fun come to life. During the day, it's a place of fun. But during the night, it's a living hell. No survivors, some say. Many employees did not survive. Only one made it to his fifth night, only to disappear on the final hour of his shift. To this day, his body has not been found, and he's been announced Dead.

A year later, Matthew Patrick applied to take on the Night shift, to the newly opened Freddy Fazbears Pizza. But he didn't do it. Not following through and cheating his way through the nights, he was claimed to be the First ever "Survivor of Freddy Fazbears Pizza." Praised and admired for his accomplishment, he was which convinced he actually did it.

Although Matthew's praise continues, he knows the deathly truth, and unknown to his knowlage, someone else does to. A deadly, that spoke the truth of Matthew's shift is threatened to he released under the name of The Puppet.

Matthew's suspision grows, after the lives of inocent people are ending with no explanation. He is soon threatened after he is kidnapped. Taken to the Pizzeria itself, he soon learns the Truth about Freddy Fazbears Pizza. The true horror of the continuous Murders, and the horrid truth of the first Survivor.

Through this all, only one question runs through Matthew Patrick's mind. "Will he survive?"
