Waverly York has lived in an insane asylum in the middle of the Indian ocean for the past seven years. She is slowly losing her mind. She the only human contact she has is through the intercom system that was recently installed in the old crumbling castle turned asylum.
All of this is for good reason. You see Waverly is a reformed villain. She used to control the world alongside her ex-best friend Raine. She would kill and torture without a second thought. She was all-powerful.
But you know the expression, the bigger you are the harder you fall. Raine and Waverly fell out of power and while Raine hid away in a remote jungle waiting to regain control, Waverly accepted the consequences for her actions and spent the last seven years thinking about what she had done. She doesn't want to return to that life.
But she has to.
She has to get revenge on the one the hurt her.
The one that caused her to lose the one she loved most
The one the made her fall from powerful and the one she used to call her best friend.
She wasn't about to get hurt again.
