Rebec had a pretty normal life. She had decent foster parents, a roof over her head, a group of friends that's are basically her family, and all the Dr. Pepper she can absolutely want. 

On her 18th birthday, someone gets the bright idea to crash it. Not cool. Even worse, they want to kidnap her and take her to God knows where. Luckily, her crush Tobias comes to the rescue. But before she can get a chance to ask what the hell is going on, he disappeared. 

Luckily, Rebec's best guy friend Lucas can explain everything to her. Sadly, it's too far-fetched. I mean, come on, Rebec's an Angel, and her tight knit family are Nephlim? 

And what's worse? Satin himself wants Rebec for her powers. Powers she doesn't even know existed or how to control. 

Welcome to the life of being a novice Angel.

He blamed her for everything. He hated her with a passion. She was an angel and, she was hidden on Earth when in reality. She should of been a slave like the rest of them. She need to be taught her place, underneath him. She was to become his slave, everything in these past sixteen years now meant nothing to him. Could she though, over time, bring back out the angel in him?

You would usually see her wearing sweats around the house or outside in her backyard on the beach since she lives on the ocean. So when she suddenly gets kidnapped one day, she wonders what she had ever done to deserve this. She hadn't done anything wrong, at least she didn't think she did. But she learns that there is something about her that is special and that she is not only human. Meet Jared Gray, the person that kidnapped Isabelle because of her being his mate. He's been waiting since he was 16 to find his mate and now he's 22, about to give up on ever finding his mate. But when he smells her in a mall one day, he follows her home and decides to take what's his. Isabelle's life will never be the same again. But what if these forces are and have been in a war for thousands and thousands of years. On one side, they want to slave us on the other they need us to be prosperous and reach happiness with ourselves and our lives. What if Angels were just like us? They have their strengths we have our own. What if they had the same issues as we do? Up there or wherever they are coming from. We have a mission in this lifetime, they have the same mission through all their existence. We change our mission with every lifetime, they don't. This would make some Angels feel anger for humankind and there are those who see it as the Father's command and wish and comply just as they were told to do. It is written they had a weakness for human females and it is also written they procreated with them. This story is about the first Angel born from a human female and an Angel who has lived among us since the beginning of time but we have come to the end of times and with it, Angels, the ones on our side, the ones against us, the ones who don't care, and us humans, are facing the end of existence right now.

In a dystopian world, where the strongest prevails, having peace is a luxury. Especially when someone from the past is out to destroy everything we have built up over the past 15 years. And with Christmas approaching, our group get to face ten hellish days. Preview: In his fury, the chains have rubbed his wrists and neck raw, despite me trying to calm him down. He suddenly calms down when the screams in the cell next to us switch to the sound of bones breaking. Now he sits with foam on his lips and his eyes wide, looking that way. After ten minutes, the sounds of the boys in our cell have died down, and we all look at the wall that separates us from the crackling of the breaking bones. And then suddenly all is quiet. After a few silent minutes, our cell door opens slowly. From the ball of light from the ceiling, the little girl in the doorway is illuminated. She is completely covered in blood and doesn't move. Then she opens her eyes and carefully walks towards us. And despite everything, my first impulse is to crawl backwards, away from the unnatural calm radiating from her. ------------- After reading yet another great older brothers/younger sister story, where the family gets reunited after years of separation, the sister keeps the secret that she was abused and assaulted all along, and the brothers conceal their work in the mafia, I decided to give it also a try. The output of my story was initially to turn this around with openness and unconditional support and the torture should happen right in front of their very eyes. Because no story is complete without the (un)necessary bloodshed, action, humour and, of course, a bad guy. And who knows, to throw everything completely upside down, the main character may not survive. I won't write warnings above each chapter, because most of them contain violence, blood, torture, etc. Constructive criticism is welcome. Ow, and English is not my first, second or third language. So if I mess up somewhere, let me know!
