The Man with Fire on His Face

Willow Tomsin is fourteen years old, and lives a somewhat normal life. She's a C's and B's student, and her mother is always pushing her to do better and says she "Has much more potential." But Willow isn't interested in school. She spends most of her time in her room, researching the Paranormal. She aspires to be a Ghosthunter and is fascinated by the world that no one can see.

But when strange things start to happen in her own home, Willow doesen't know what to do, despite her knowledge of the unexplained. Then Willow's mother starts seeing a figure lurking around their home, and hearing the sound of hoofbeats in the house.

And for the first time in her life, Willow is terrified of the unknown.
