number one:
alexander hamilton is supposed to be in the caribbean.
but he wrote his way out.
into new york, into a scholarship, and into college.

number two:
john laurens is supposed to be in south carolina.
but he ran away.
to new york, to a job bartending, and to college.

number three:
neither of them remember walking into the bar that day. they don't remember having any sort of proper introduction. and they especially don't remember walking into laurens's dorm room....
but they can both remember what occured next.

they both defied what fate had set out for them, they both took the chances, they both challenged the odds to get the life they wanted. now, all they want is each other... but obtaining that will be harder than anything they've ever had to go through.
