Ridge McCain used to be the player. Dating different girls every week, getting what he wanted with a smile, sweet talking everyone. But then, one dare ended all of that.

He was dared to kiss Braelyn Sawyer, a nerd. Then, that dare escalated into dating her. Ridge accepted both, but he never thought that he would fall in love with her. He never thought that she would find out, but the night of Spring Formal she did. That day changed both of their lives forever.

A couple of weeks later he got an acceptance letter to Harvard. Braelyn, the girl he still loved, was the only thing holding him back, but when she told him she didn't love him anymore, Ridge left.

Now, three years later, Ridge was no longer the player. He had his nose stuck in his book, working toward his law degree, and he hadn't dated a girl since Braelyn. Big change.
