The pink hedgehog named Amy Rose had always been in love with the blue hedgehog named Sonic ever since Amy first laid eyes on him when they were kids. As Tails searches for a cure, Shadow offers to take care of Amy in his secret cottage away from civilisation-Shadow being the perfect candidate in doing so, having taken care of Maria while she suffered from the disease. As the two begin to get to know each other on a more personal level, feelings for one another begin to bloom, causing a world of internal confusion.
