Ever since Kandee was a little girl, she had high hopes about her future. That was until her mom dropped her and her sister, Rania off at their Aunt Ruby's for the night, but one night turned into forever it seemed. Ruby refused to take care of both girls for her missing sister, so she sent Rania to live with their Uncle Junior and his wife, Gloria.
Kandee and Rania didn't want to be separated, but they had no choice in the matter. While Rania was being raised in a loving home with her aunt, uncle and cousins, Kandee was still being raised by her mean Aunt Ruby.
