Many may think Alice Jane is practically the most boring person in the world. She hates parties and dancing, but upon an invitation, decides to attend a Masquerade hosted by an old acquaintance of hers, Jason Young. Anyone who was anyone would be there. She decided this would be the perfect moment to prove to everyone how "boring" she really is. Anyways. Not sure if it's really considered a oneshot? It's short but also long. I made this at around 4 AM whoops. I couldn't think of a better title either but alas, I hope u enjoy this serious shitpost -Ma

Emeline Ruewen is no stranger to loss. But in spite of that, she's done her best to make it to her senior year of high school with her adoptive sister Avery by her side. But everything goes awry when a dead billionaire's inheritance comes into play, along with his four grandsons who have more to them than meets the eye. Will Emeline be able to keep her head above the water, despite the storm that threatens to consume everything she knows? Learning to rely on those around her may just prove to be the most challenging obstacle she's had to face yet. This will be updated as I find time to work on it! I have plans to work through all three of the original novels, but there's no set timeline yet. Please enjoy! *All characters other than the ones I have created belong to Jennifer Lynn Barnes. I do not own The Inheritance Games series, and this is a work of fiction.*
