The Finley's - the twins Piper and Parish, and their parents - move back to their hometown of Blackbird Cove, a strange, small place nestled near the mountains of Oregon. In Blackbird Cove hardly anything is normal but the strange and the mysterious never seem to shock the town any less. And for the Finely's, having been gone for nearly ten years, a lot has changed; their new neighbors, the Travis's, and the brutal killings that leaves the town puzzled. However, when Piper and Parish find out who the killers are it not only shocks them and the town, but the killers themselves.
