Mikey Way is 16 years old. He's been bullied for as long as he remembers. His three friends, one of them being his brother, and boyfriend are the only people that he interracts with. Growing up with their Grandmother, Gerard and Mikey are very close, without the detail that the things that flowd in Mikey's head are impossible for Gerard to imagine.

Gerard is tired of seeing his friend like this, so he hires him an at-home therapist. She's happy, sweet, and very optimistic.
