Coda Blue was the top secret organization Ash Rosenberg worked for when the war between humans and kaijju was happening. When the Breach is closed Ash is retired. No one alive knows what she did except herself, the president, and Hercules Hansen. When one Dr. Newton Geiszler's goes wrong a kaiju is created and signatures start popping up all over the Pacific. As a precaution, Herc calls in the only two capable jaeger pilots, Ash and Raleigh. They have to find their own co-pilots, become a team, and survive.
