Successful Adrien Agreste, a young, attractive teenage model, in love with the new girl, shy and clumsy? No way. Hope Tomas runs into him on her first day at a new school. Happens to be his first day too. Nice.
They become friends, and maybe.....a bit more than friends? Nah, Adrien could never like a girl as plain as Hope. That's what she tells her and her second cousin, Marinette, a.k.a Ladybug, and her Raven kwami, to keep themselves from dying of fangirl squeals.
As the Raven, Hope feels she belongs. Ladybug and Chat Noir are her partners and friends, yet she always wonders if she's actually their friend. Like, in real life.
Hmm, maybe she'll find out, maybe she won't.
