Three classes make up Alsha's government. Edius, Medulla, and Infimis. Each class is determined on who your parents are. If both of your parents are Elements Manipulators then you are an Edius. If you have one Element Manipulator parent and one non-Element Manipulator parent, you are Medulla. If you have two non-Element Manipulator parents, you are an Infimis. 
    Casey Paige is a Medulla, and thinks the government is far from fair. Because of her rebellious personality, something she learned from her mother, she gets into a lot of trouble. But Casey will soon find out the government has alway been keeping an eye on her, her specifically, and it's all her mother's fault. With the help of a charming Edius named Mike they will discover some terrible things that the government did to her and her mother.
