Renee McCardle is a 19 year old freshman at NYU. She has moved across the country for this school, from the beachy waves of California, to the breezy winds of New York City. Her apartment isn't all that bad. It's just that she probably has the most annoying neighbor in the world. Sexy too. She always see ms to bump into him in the elevators, those silence filled rides which were more than awkward, or he would appear at her doorstep, and then make himself at home in her apartment. He's cocky, egotistical, and conceited. Oh, and to top it off- He goes to the same school.
