When I found out my wife of 11 years was pregnant with our first child, a lot of emotions ran through my head, many of them conflicting. Am I ready for this? Will I be a good father? Will I be able to protect and provide for my child? Will my relationship with my wife change into something wholly different? So I decided to write down my thoughts and feelings on the subject, and it came out as a zombie story. Surprised the hell out of me, too.

A seven year old girl trying to survive the zombie apocalypse in a fairly small city in rural New Mexico. This is the third in my short story series taken from the universe created for my first book. ~Thank you for the continued love for this series! I was 13 when I began this book, and am now taking the time to go back to completely rewrite it, and maybe just publish someday~ I'm 15 and my name is Astrix. Let's start with that.
