Spring break means many things to many different people. To 13 year old Claire Smith, it means a week of vacation and theme parks. She and her cousins decided to go to California and rent a house in Santa Cruz, a few minute walk away from the famous Boardwalk. But after being separated at the boardwalk from her cousins and getting crashed into by 14 year old Evan Moore, she'll have to learn to dance in the thunderstorms.
